About Your Host

Camille (@thinkbeyondthedrink)

Hi, I'm Camille. I have a Master's in Science and Physician Assistant Studies. I have worked in the health and wellness field for over 2 decades. I am a Certified Master NLP coach, live coach and recovery coach. 

More importantly, I have been right where you are, desperately wanting to cut down on my drinking. 5 years ago I committed to 100 days without alcohol and here I am today.

I'm here to help professional women, and moms break their drinking habit through a unique Liberated Solution framework where willpower and boredom are not part of the equation.


The end game is not to quit drinking, it's to create a life you don't want to numb.
